Terms of Service

Powered By Peptides (“powXpep”) manages and administers a telehealth platform. We do not provide medical care, sell or dispense medications, or fulfill prescriptions. Our role is limited to:

• Connecting patients with independent licensed providers.

• Facilitating consultations and scheduling.

• Providing access to a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for messaging and virtual visits.

• Offering non-clinical administrative support throughout the process.

All prescribing decisions, treatment protocols, and product fulfillment are handled solely by independent providers and pharmacies.

1. Payment Terms

• Payments to Carblaroe Services LLC cover telehealth medical services including but not limited to consultations, evaluations, ongoing care management, interpretation, & prescription management.

• If approved and you agree to proceed, your card will be charged in the amount shown at checkout.

• Payments are non-refundable once a licensed provider has reviewed your medical history and you qualify for treatment, or if an alternative treatment of similar therapeutic value has been recommended based on your evaluation.
• If you are not approved for any treatment, your payment for the consultation will be fully refunded. If you are not approved for any treatment, you will not be charged the consultation fee.
• Bloodwork interpretation fees will not be refunded.

2. Refunds & Returns

• Because we do not sell or ship products, we do not accept returns of any kind, including but not limited to medications, supplies, supplements, or lab kits.

• Any questions or concerns regarding prescriptions, lab testing, or clinical services must be directed to the prescribing provider or dispensing pharmacy. 

• Patients agree to contact the provider directly to address any billing or refund concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or credit card company. This allows our team to promptly review and resolve the matter in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Cancellations

• Consultations and Intake Services: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior) may result in a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.

• Third-Party Services: Orders for prescriptions, labs, or other services placed directly with independent providers or pharmacies cannot be canceled through Powered By Peptides. Please contact the third party directly for their policies.

4. Product Issues

Since Powered By Peptides does not handle, ship, or sell physical products, any issues with damaged, defective, or missing medications, supplements, or lab kits must be reported directly to the pharmacy or testing company that fulfilled the order.
